Yegor has chosen Ludwig van Beethoven’s Rondo in G major – to mark the 250th anniversary of the birth of Ludwig van Beethoven – and Robert Schumann’s Fantasie in C major as the works for his first recital in Norway.
After playing many solo concerts in Europe, in much of USA and Asia, Yegor has considerable experience when it comes to piano recitals – and the music critics have always been fond of his play. “Mozartian elegance” (The New York Times) and “superb musicianship” (The Miami Herald) are but two examples.
The website rhapsody.com rated his recordings of Claude Debussy and Pierre Boules’ piano music as one of the 25 best classical albums in 2013, and Yegor has recorded numerous albums since then.
As well as being a solo pianist, Yegor is also a writer, chamber musician, record artist and music teacher.
