This year’s opera production from the Arctic Philharmonic will be highlights from Puccini’s much beloved opera La Bohème, together with our chief conductor Christian Kluxen and a team of star soloists.
In 2022 it is 10 years since our full production of La Bohème, so this is also a celebration of this anniversary. We will meet all the characters of the opera, but in a smaller version than usual.
La Bohème consists of four acts, but this time you will hear the first and the last, with all the famous arias. This time the performance will not be fully staged, but in a concert version.
La Bohème is one of the most well-known operas ever written. We follow the story of four bohemian friends in Paris and how their lives develop in the city during the famous La Belle Epoque.
